Fall Trend: Jump on over

Jumpsuits hit it big at the Versace Spring 2008 runway show, and many designers jumped on the jumpsuit bandwagon. Kate Moss, as always was first to embrace the look with her own Top Shop version.
This season jumpsuits replaced glamorous dresses for some at movie premiers. Maggie Gyllenhaal turned up for The Dark Knight premier wearing a simple Stella McCartney silk jumpsuit in a theme fitting black, whilst Selma Blair wore a tight fitting Marchesca.
Before Hollywood has a chance to catch on, London girls had already tired and tested the jumpsuit. However, as most Londoners, Stylist Sam Ranger chose a more radical approach to the jumpsuit trend teaming robotic Balenciaga ankle boots with 60's rounded sunglasses with the a black and white checkerboard style jumpsuit.Depending on fit and fabric, jumpsuits can be surprisingly versatile. London Fashion week saw jumpsuits worn casually during the day, whilst Beyonce rocked a golden Roberto Cavalli, during her performance at the Fashion Rocks event.
And when it comes to trends you can count on Victoria Beckham to stock her wardrobe with the latest trend-worthy items. She was recently seen going out for dinner in Manchester, England wearing a sleek Giambattista Valli jumpsuit. Girl may be ridiculously fashion concise, but she always looks so darn good!
