My first love

Denim jacket. A garment so obvious, so simple, so unisex and so universal. Everyone has one, wherever you live in. Denim is the best symbol of the Industrial Revolution, one of the first materials which start being produced massively for those workers at the factories. Afterwards it became a symbol of rebelliousness, and currently is the must-have of the season. It was one of the first garments I bought by my own (I mean, without my mum telling me what to buy) when I was 13-year-old. I felt so cool with that new garment, incredibly I still can wear it! - the picture is down-

The gold rule is not to wear it with denim skirt/jeans. It is one of these basics you are never tired of. I haven't worn it for a while, so now, I am looking forward to wearing it all the time. It's so comfortable, especially when going to the lessons because in the morning it's a bit cold, but then, in the evening weather is so hot! and the denim jacket is not heavy to carry, so, perfect for spring.

La chaqueta vaquera es una prenda tan conocida universalmente que sobra cualquier presentaci�n. Todo el mundo tiene una, da igual donde vivan. El tejido denim es el s�mbolo por excelencia de la Revoluci�n Industrial, fue uno de los primeros tejidos que comenz� a producirse en masa para aquella poblaci�n que trabajaba de sol a sol en las f�bricas. Tras este primer contacto, el denim se convirti� en un s�mbolo de rebeld�a, y ahora la chaqueta vaquera es LA prenda de la primavera. A m� me encantan estas chaquetas porque fue una de las primeras cosas que pude comprar sin la supervisi�n/consentimiento de mi madre, y cuando la compr� me sent� tan bien (ten�a 13 a�os) que todav�a ahora le guardo un gran cari�o.

La regla de oro es no pon�rsela con nada que tambi�n sea de denim, es decir, ni pantalones ni faldas vaqueras. Es uno de esos b�sicos con may�sculas de los que nunca te cansas. Sirve para ir a clase, para salir por la noche... Estos d�as son perfectos para hacerse con una (si es que no la tienes ya) porque el tiempo ya no es demasiado fr�o, y est� justo para el grosor de esta chaqueta.
