Flirty Floral Dress for Spring

I wasn't paying good attention this year...is "floral" going to be in for Spring 2008? I'm not sure, but I think this dress would be super cute with some chunky heels.

I saw this dress tonight while browsing the web and couldn't help but think of all those pretty little dresses all the celebutantes were rocking last year.
