The knee high boots are the cool answer to the knee high tights, widespread this winter all around, and special for those who suffer cold winters. The bag is actually a whim, Judith Leiber has some original and beautiful pieces, and I think the clutch relaxes the bad-girl look that knee-high boots give to the outfit. I guess it only could be hoop earrings, I can't imagine it with any other, but of course, I accept suggestions.
