I came across this photo of Paris Hilton on the front of a Paris Vogue cover. At first i thought it was photo shopped or just a hoax and i am still not entirely sure. It seems old, but was Vogue at one stage that desperate for a cover girl that they chose Paris? And what were they thinking putting her in that cut off tank top?
