Paying $2000+ for a single handbag may be inexcusable to some, considering perfectly fine disposable high street options are available. Yet, those who invest in at least one great quality handbag seem to have a sudden glimmer of glee, when 10 years down the track they realise the rent money they spent buying a frivolous material items, ain't so frivolous now.

At the Fall 2008/2009 Fashion Shows, fashionistas dugout their classic favourites with Chanel's gaining the most attention.
Although Victoria Beckham is not one to miss a mass trend, she has surpassed trendy "it bags" for timeless classics...can anyone say "Hermes"?? VB's got a eye for selecting dateless handbags from the Birkin to her new vintage Chanel and back to her current favourite Giambattista Valli bag.
Whether it be the Fendi Baguette, Louis Vuitton Speedy, Chanel 2.55 or the untouchable Hermes Birkin a classic bag will keep in style even when your daughters have daughters.

UK Big Brother's Chanelle still thinks she's Posh

Oh god, she's at it again, Ex U.K Big Brother housemate, Chanelle Hayes is at it again living her double life as Victoria Beckham.

It's always nice to have a style idol to look up to, BUT there's a big big big difference between idolising and down right believing you are them. A while back i posted on Chanelle's custom made outfit which resembled Victoria Beckham's Glamour Awards outfit to a T.

At first i thought this was funny, but now i am beginning to wonder if this girl has a major identity crisis and perhaps needs some psychological help. I really don't know why she want's to be known for being a posh wannabe when she could become famous for being the pretty girl she is.

To make matter's worse, she followed Victoria Beckham to L.A and had shopping spree's at all the high-end boutiques Victoria Beckham is known to frequent, and i don't know she can afford it considering she's a 19 year old high-school drop-out who earns the same wage as any other 19 year old.

She even made an appearance at David Beckham's Galaxy Football game, were photographer's, for a split second mistook Chanelle for Victoria Beckham, and posh was not impressed at all.

Chanelle was even quoted saying that "she has fallen for David", watch out Victoria, who've got a stalker on your hands!!!

Victoria Beckham Ugly Betty Cameo

Since moving to America, Miss Victoria Beckham has had alot of public exposure. From her shopping spree's, to her outfits, to her extremely self-centred reality TV show, Posh is set to recieve even more exposure on the hit TV show Ugly betty.

Rumour has it that Victoria's trademark, thin frame will be traded in for a fat suit. That's right, she's going to play a chubby girl on the show, which would be hilarious if the rumour does come to life. Shame they didn't shove donuts down her throat to put on the weight though...

Victoria Versus Mary-Kate: Balenciaga Belt

With the whole 'studded and rock-style belt' look in full swing for Fall, both Victoria Beckham and Mary-Kate Olsen were both spotted wearing the same rock-style Balenciaga Belt. The belt fits in perfectly with Mary-Kate rock-chic style, whilst although Victoria Beckham's oufit looks good, it seems that Victoria is wearing it for the sake of it being a designer brand, rather than making the look work. TREND - Khaki

I'm back from my holidays in Europe...it was only 6 weeks but it seems like i've been away forever...i can't wait to start blogging again properly because i really didn't have much time to sit in front of a computer there.

Anywho enough about me...

Well a color that seems to be popping up of late on many celebrities is Khaki. I really like the Khaki look (aside from cargo pants) because it gives a toughness to an outfit in an urban cool kinda way. This color trend probarbly springed from the sporty looks of the season that have been seen on many of the catwalks for Fall. Megan Fox wears Khaki well with a simple loose fitted t-shirt and classic aviators. While jackets seem to be a great option for Fall in none other than Khaki.

Victoria Beckhams repeat outfits

This is one of the reason's i love Victoria Beckham, with all her money and exposure she still manages to keep it real by wearing outfits more than once.

I like the fact that she isn't afraid to wear the same thing twice, however, wearing a certain piece of clothing more than once is one thing, but wearing the exact same ensemble with the same accessories is another. I don't know weather it's a lack of Victoria's creativity to try something new with a few key pieces or perhaps she doesn't want to mess with something that already works for her.

Either way, if Victoria Beckham can repeat outfits then their is hope for the rest of us. Just a few pics of her repeat outfits.

Spice Girls Tour 2007

I was a fanatic spice girls fan back in the day. I had owned Spice world the movie, Girl Power the documentary, The deodorant spray, the lollipops, the t-shirt, magazines they featured in....anyways that was then but now i am quiet confused about this new tour they have announced.

A lot of fans of the Spice Girls have grown, whilst this generation probably don't even know who the Spice girls are. So i am curious as to who will actually attend their concerts.

Either way, their style has become a lot more sophisticated now and some of these girls need a name change. Scary spice ain't too scary anymore and Victoria Beckham is starting too look a lot scarier than the rest.

In Norway

Oh my god, i have been dying for some peace and quiet since i arrived here in Norway. i didn't realise how addicted to the Internet i was until now, its kinda become a drug. Well anyways i am currently in Bergen Norway which is a fairly relaxed city, people are friendly, easy going and very active. I have been doing some shopping, going to all the touristy sort of places and eating eating and eating (i know i know i am going to get fat, but its the holidays).

Hopefully i will be able to post from here, but the Internet is always in use by someone.

Anyways as you all know colored jeans are making a come back, but i have noticed many girls on the streets wearing white jeans and it's kinda refreshing from the traditional blue jeans. In Australia you don't really see many people wearing white jeans because:

a) Stains in any color show up in an instant and in hotter weather white can be ruined quicker.

b) You have to take extra care to keep white jeans looking newer for longer.

c) Disguising what style or color underwear your wearing can be a problem in light colored jeans.

d) Lets face it, white clothing can be cruel. It shows off every curve and makes you look wider than you are.

BUT two British celebs don't seem to care. Prince Williams ex-girlfriend Kate Middleton and Victoria Beckham flaunt their thin-pins in tight white skinny jeans, and they both pull them off well. I have always had a paranoia about wearing tight white jeans, but maybe I'll try it some day soon.

Look of the Week - Victoria Beckham

This is my favourite celebrity look of the week. Although it is completely obvious that Victoria does in fact spend a lot of time, effort and money on the way she looks, poses and dresses, i have to say this is the closest to casual you will see Victoria Beckham these days.

I might be bias but i really have a thing for sparkly tops, metallics and aviators, and this ones perfect and the whole look is a lot lighter than what she has been wearing lately. At the DVB launch at Saks Fifth Avenue, were only 70 fans turned up (which is low apparently for a celebrity launch), she still kept to her overly edited style.

Hot bags: Totes and Shoppers.

Oversized Totes and Shoppers seem to be on the shoulders and arms of many celebrities this season. The shopper was brought back into the limelight with the $1800 Prada Gauffre bag as seen on Victoria Beckham, Halle Berry, Beyonce and Jessica Simpson.

This season the Yves Saint Laurent Tribute Tote and Yves Saint Laurent Downtown bags are taking over the reign. One bag like this and you can get going for a shopping spree or for travelling in style!

Katie Holmes New Hair

Katie Holmes cut of her long locks for a shorter more youthful look this week. However many are saying she is gradually turning into Victoria Beckham. I personally think her look is completely different to that of Posh Spice. Katie Holmes hair is much more youthful, fun and quirky and scruffy in a good way. The poor girl is now the victim of the media calling her a copy-cat purely because she choice to have a short due like millions of people across the world...i say get over it because it looks good on her!

Lanvin dress- Runway to Real Way

Victoria Beckham looked hot and summer ready in this Spring 07 White Lanvin dress as she was departing from LAX airport. Unlike the model, Victoria teamed her look with Tan Christian Louboutin pumps, her own line of Oversized sunglasses model DVB-3 in tortoise shell frame, and a big white Giambattista Valli bag. Who wears in better runway mode Sasha Pivovarova or Victoria Beckham?

Kinky Pleasures

When Victoria Beckham stepped out to receive her 'Women of the year award' by glamour magazine, her outfit created quite a steer. I personally didn't like it because i don't think this is her style at all, but she decided to wear those short short bloomers, purely because the brand was Chanel.

However, there are a lot of people who prefer to dress this way, not for attention, but because it is apart of their way of life, social environment and subculture. Shorts in Leather, PVC, Vinyl are quiet kinky, and i am attracted to it, but i would never step out of the house wearing it because:

A) i would feel naked

B) I don't think i would pull it off

C) I would leave it to the experts such as Goth's and punk who would wear it and wear it well!

But in side the home...well that's another story...

Many eBay seller's sell these kinky shorts, including stores such as Night Time Pleasures, and Lesley's Lingerie and Swimwear. So if this tickles your fancy, then buy yourself a much more affordable pair on eBay, unlike the Chanel ones.

Joss Stone and Victoria Beckham -Then & Now

just thought i would put this picture up of Singer Joss Stone and victoria Beckham considering how cute they both look in the photo. It's funny to see how much people change over the years looks wise. Joss Stone looked like the innocent little girl, while victoria looked like the hot girl that lives next door. While they transform, i always feel that i look exactly the same, and when there is change, it's never for the better.

Anyways Victoria has a gorgeous smile and she should smile more often. Whilst Joss Stone on the other hnd is becoming more and more beautiful by the day, why don't they talk about this girl much? She's got talent, looks and personality...at least i'll do my part and show her off!

I always thought that Nicky Hilton was the smarter sister but after hearing that she thinks Paris doesn't deserve to go to jail by saying �I think she should definitely be punished, but going to jail for a traffic violation is pretty absurd�, I'm starting to think she may not be too bright.

This ain't the first time Paris has been caught and if she was let off i guarantee she would have done the exact thing again, and killing someone in the process will keep you in jail longer than 23 days! But then again, families are mean't to support you even when you have committed the worst of crimes, so i guess Nicky can be excused for this comment.

Even with all this Paris talk, i couldn't help but admire how cute Nicky Hilton's Hermes bag was! A bag that probably costs a lot more than a house deposit, is carried ever so casually by Nicky. I do however, think that Victoria's outfit looks a lot more appropriate with a cute little Hermes bag!

Studded shoes taken to a whole new level by the likes of Victoria Beckham and Avril Lavigne. It's not about studs for these girls, but SPIKES! Spikes are seen all over the front of the shoes and although these shoes are really out there, i actually really like them! I don't think chain stores will be selling them anytime soon out of fear that Parental Groups will be complaining from ever direction about the Hazards of such shoes. Victoria Beckham has won the "Woman of the Year Award" from glamour magazine (i know, i know, glamour magazine has lost all credibility). But what was even funnier than her winning this award was the fact that she walked out of the house with the most ridiculous outfit i have seen in years. Individually their all nice pieces, but put them together and...well the pictures say it all really. Anyways i personally think she looks like a playboy bunny who has passed her "use by" date.

Three Women, Three Looks, One Designer!

Christopher Kane made a splash with his 80's inspired bandage dresses last season and since then many fashion insiders and celebrities have been seen wearing his pieces. These include French Vogue Editor Carine Roitfied(left) as well as Japan Vogue editor Anna Dello Russo (middle). Christopher Kane designed an abundant array of bandage style dress to suit every shape, however Victoria Beckham (right) seemed to have a problem picking the right style making the dress look extremely trashy, just as she does with ALOT of her other outfits.
