Sassa salutes Summer 2010 by presenting its Summer Swimwear Collection last February 24, 2010 at ThreeSixty Resto Bar.

As soon as we arrived at the venue we were greeted with free gift certificates so we can shop for swimsuits along this tunnel.



Before the fashion show started we were offered great food and cocktail drinks. The swimwear showcasing began with Juddha Paolo as host.

The sunset beach party theme inspired this year's swimwear collection. Concentrating on bright solid colors with print accents, this collection radiates a real "beach" feel.

Ms. Gertie Hermanos, the designer, made pieces in color sets so that it will be easy to just mix and match bikini tops, bottoms, tank tops, swimsuits, and board shorts.

For beach lovers, their rash guards now come with UV Protection Factor 50+! Talk about looking fab and feeling protected against the sun's harmful rays.

Surprisingly, I won the grand prize for the raffle and got a free accommodation at Caylabne Bay Resort. Yay!

Sassa Summer Collection Preview

I am now an official fashion blogger. And this will be my first write-up about a swimwear fashion show that I personally attended.

~ The Invitation ~

Shiena, a friend of mine who's also a fashion & beauty blogger, received an invite from Sassa. They will be having a fashion show for their 2009 Summer Swimwear Collection. She referred me to Daisy Iglesias, a PR officer, who also sent me an e-mail invitation right away.

~ The Arrival ~

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the PR officers. We were given press kits and drink stubs. We've also signed up for the raffle which will take place after the fashion show.

~ The Setting ~

The event was held at the Aquaknox Restaurant in Arnaiz Ave, Makati City. What's not to like in a cocktail party?

~ The Food ~

Aside from being a blogger, I'm a big eater too. Food was tasty! The Aquaknow crew served dumplings, noodles, salmon & truffle canapes, and more. Of course the party won't be complete without the cocktails and the choco fountain.
