There�s a Russian saying � better poor and healthy, than rich and sick. My grandfather had his own version � better rich and healthy, than poor and sick. I prefer the latter.

I�m doing this article because I don�t know how else to express my excitement about not having to worry about my health anymore. You may say it�s psychological, but even if it is - all I care about is that it changed my life and made me a happier person because I'm healthy.

A year ago I was constantly tired, I had no motivation, and lacked creativity.
